Am I a good candidate?

Many of our patients wonder if they are ‘too young’ or ‘too old’ to try BOTOX^® Cosmetic. There is no right or wrong age to start getting treated. We will do a detailed consultation prior to your treatment to make sure you feel totally comfortable. Many millennials are using Botox in their twenties when they first start to notice signs of aging or as a preventative measure.

Will I look overdone or unnatural?

What does the treatment feel like?

Who performs this treatment?

All BOTOX^® Cosmetic treatments are performed by Tatum Toland, APRN or by Dr. Voica. They are both extensively trained, continuously educate themselves on new developments and techniques, and have many years of experience.

Are there any side effects?

Side effects may include bruising, swelling, redness, or tenderness around the injection site, all of which will resolve without intervention after a few days to a week.

Is there any downtime?

Treatment requires minimal downtime. So, you can return to your daily routine immediately after you leave your specialist’s office.

When will I see results?

You may begin to notice results within 24 to 48 hours, with results lasting up to four months for moderate to severe frown lines. Remember that results vary from patient to patient though, so your provider will plan your next appointment based on your results and aesthetic goals.

Is maintenance required?

To maintain results, you will need to be treated approximately every 4 months.
